The Bayer is defined by its elegant winged silhouette and the complex juxtaposition of a bold inner core against a translucent outer shell. In the Blue Grey colorway, a saturated slate-grey inner frame is encased in a clear crystal or light-grey outer rim, creating a "floating" illusion that enhances the frame's three-dimensional depth.

Signature Dual-Layer Lamination: The inner and outer frame components are milled separately and bonded through a proprietary high-pressure lamination process over two months. This is followed by a six-month curing period to ensure a permanent, seamless bond.
Premium Japanese Acetate: Handcrafted in Japan from high-crystalline cellulose acetate. The Blue Grey palette is specifically designed to interact with light, making the inner silhouette appear to glow within its transparent perimeter.
45-Degree Mitered Joinery: Borrowing from high-end furniture assembly, the temples meet the front at a precise 45-degree angle. This "hidden-joint" technique allows the colorway to flow uninterrupted from the face into the arms.
