Our Policy We want you to be completely satisfied with your new frames. If they aren’t the perfect fit, you may return them within 10 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

Conditions for Return To be eligible for a return, frames must be:

• In new, unused condition.

• Free of any scratches, adjustments, or signs of wear.

• In their original packaging, including the case and cleaning cloth.

How to Start a Return Please email us at info@thisframeworks.com with your order number to initiate a return. Once your return is authorized, we will provide instructions on where to send your package.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned frames, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
